How do I apply to hold a market or food stall?
All you have to do is download an application form at the top of the page. It is best to supply a picture of your stall or exhibition. Priority will be given to those with attractive, well presented sites. We need a wide variety of products for sale, so those selling jewellery, sunglasses, t-shirts and clothing are always professionally presented.
When do applications close?
Applications close on Friday 27th February 2009. Your stall will be confirmed by Monday 2nd March 2009 either in writing, phone or email.
What items are NOT ALLOWED?
Because the music festival is held on the football fields, it’s a safety requirement that strictly NO GLASS is allowed. You also cannot sell BOTTLED WATER of any kind, as Coconet are holding a fundraiser to help pay for the high costs associated with running the event.
What size sites do you have available?
Generic sites are 3 × 3m. If you need more room than this, you will need to book more than one site. Cheapest stall prices in the country for music festivals- so get in quick!
Do you supply tents to stall holders?
No we don’t sorry, you must bring your own tent or shade. If you need to hire a tent, we can later inform you of our preferred supplier.
Is there accommodation or camping close by?
A limited amount of cheap camping sites are available at the local caravan parks, just two minutes drive down the road. Check the accommodation section for available motels, resorts, pubs and caravan parks. Be sure to book it in early though, as it will sell out!
Why would you decline my application?
The only reason we’d decline your application is if there were already several stalls selling the same product, or simply not enough space to fit everyone. To improve your chances, have a well-presented site, send photos, and properly complete the application form as early as possible.
