Terms and Conditions

Please read the following info & general tips:

  • Your tickets will sent out immediately after payment for the Coconet Classic music festival
  • Buy carefully. No refunds will be granted for the Coconet Classic music festival unless the event is cancelled, postponed or the lineup significantly changes
  • The promoter/venue reserves the right of admission
  • The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists.
  • You cannot BYO alcohol. Water in SEALED bottles is acceptable.
  • The festival is licensed- patrons wishing to consume alcohol must have photographic ID. Anyone found supplying or buying alcohol to a minor will be evicted from the event & may face criminal charges. Minors caught consuming alcohol face similar action.
  • Those aged under 15 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible ticket holding parent or guardian.
  • There are no passouts. If you leave & wish to re-enter, you must purchase an additional ticket.
  • If at any time you feel your safety or anyone else’s safety is threatened, please contact the nearest security guard or police officer.
  • Still cameras are permitted, however audio or video recording devices and professional still cameras are not.
  • Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, sunglasses, warm winter clothing or a raincoat if the weather indicates. Please ensure you bring any medication you may need such as asthma inhalers, etc.
  • Official merchandise is only on sale inside the site.
  • All ticket holders consent to any official filming and sound recording.
  • Tickets may not, without prior written consent of Coconet International, be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission.
  • Travel safely. On the highway, take regular breaks & don’t drive if you’re tired or intoxicated.
  • Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing, climbing & stage diving are dangerous to yourself and others. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities. Patrons engaging in these or other dangerous activities will be removed from the site.
  • The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or on the site. Please help to keep the festival & Boyne Island litter free!
  • The Coconet Classic Music Festival will proceed irrespective of weather conditions, unless unsafe for patrons and artists.
