Buses and parking
Due to the minimal parking at the event, the Coconet Classic Music Festival will have a park ‘n ride system operating. These buses will be run by Blue and White Taxis and will take you to the event for a small fee. Buses will run from:
- Kin Kora Shopping Centre, Cnr Philip Steet and Dawson Hwy
- Boyne Plaza Shopping Centre, Cnr Centenary Drive and Wyndham Ave Boyne Island
- Tannum Central Shopping Centre, Cnr Booth Ave and Hampton Drive
- Calliope Central Shopping Centre
No need to call to book buses, just turn up!
Prices
- Boyne Island/Tannum Sands - $5 per person
- Gladstone (Kin Kora Centre) and Calliope - $10 per person one way or $16 return

Buses will take patrons back to their cars after the event. There will also be buses running from the Coconet Classic straight to Bojangles niteclub, Gladstone.
Parking
There is limited parking available at the BITS club driving range on Jacaranda Drive, just 1 minute away from the music festival. SES volunteers will be directing car parking for a small donation here. A walking track is close by, which will take you straight to the festival, with event volunteers directing you to the entry point. Please note that there is VERY LIMITED PARKING HERE and we urge all patrons to park at the park ‘n ride locations mentioned above.
